Set against the breathtaking views of @impressionislamujeres , we designed Ali & Dan’s welcome party so they could simply slow down, soak in the moment, and celebrate with everyone who traveled so far for them. Sweeping ocean views, a relaxed vibe, and the exciting anticipation of the big day created the perfect intimate setting. We love crafting these flawless pre-wedding spaces so you can just focus on having fun.

Honestly, that exact moment right before you step onto the aisle gives us goosebumps every single time.

When we were setting up at Andaz Mayakoba, we wanted the design to feel just like the ocean breeze calm, open, and effortless. But what really made this space come alive was seeing her take that walk with her mom. No script, just raw emotion, laughter, and the Caribbean Sea as the witness. And honestly, that’s the real heartbeat behind everything we plan, design, and produce: creating an environment where that kind of real, unforced energy can just flow naturally.

One of the details we’re always excited to see come together is the bouquet. Long before the wedding day, every flower, texture, and color is selected to complement the overall wedding design and feel like it truly belongs.

We recently took a quick trip to Holbox for an exclusive wedding planners’ Fam Trip, completely focused on scouting the next dream destination for our couples.

Spending the day experiencing the effortless luxury of @flamingosholbox was pure inspiration, and we are so grateful to the hotel team for such a wonderful invitation. We left dreaming of the stunning destination weddings we can design here.

For Vicky & Kevin’s welcome party at @editionrivieramayakanai , we built an immersive opening to their destination wedding weekend: suspended lighting reflected across the water, layered candlelit tablescapes, vibrant floral compositions, and curated hospitality details at every turn.

Warm, elevated, and visually intentional because the first chapter of a wedding experience sets everything else in motion.
