For Dasha and Keith’s celebration at Nizuc, we curated a narrative of structural purity that established an intimate dialogue with the resort’s monolithic, modernist architecture. The design centered on a monumental reinterpretation of the traditional chuppah, conceived not as a rigid boundary but as a fluid dome of interlaced ivory textiles that appeared to float within the space. Framed by raw, desructured greenery and clean-lined wishbone seating, the ceremony achieved a sacred, intentional restraint where ancestral heritage and contemporary minimalism converged into a single, seamless aesthetic statement. ​

 

As twilight descended over the Mayan coast, the tranquil architectural landscape transitioned into a high-contrast, visceral sensory experience. The ethereal textile canopy was recontextualized as the epicenter of a high-energy celebration, where a sky of suspended disco balls scattered precision lighting across raw concrete surfaces and rich timber panels. Transitioning from golden hour symmetry to an immersive, glowing retreat bathed in deep crimson tones, the atmosphere delivered a masterful balance of sophisticated design and unrestrained joy—an iconic display of end-to-end production fully integrated into the ocean's edge.
